South Carolina’s Medicaid, Healthy Connections, provides insurance plans for children whose families are at or below 208% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Other Eligibility requirements for children enrolling in Partners for Healthy Children
Be under 19 years of age
Be resident of South Carolina
Be a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident Alien
Have a Social Security number or verify an application for one

Do you need help covering transportation expenses?
For Transportation call Logisticare @ 1-866-910-7688 for Region 1 which includes Greenville and Spartanburg. They are the only ride providers in South Carolina.
Transportation is available for doctor appointments, dialysis, x-rays, lab work, drug store or other medical appointments.
To ask for a ride call at least 3 days before your appointment.
Call Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
To cancel a ride call at least 24 hours in advance
